Ordering Information

Include style number and full description for each item on your purchase order.

All opening orders are C.O.D. unless credit is applied for. If credit is applied for, allow fourteen (14) days for approval. Orders will be released for shipment subject to verification by Grossman Cap Co., Inc. of information supplied by the prospective account on the credit application.

If an open account is desired, contact Grossman Cap for information on preparing a credit application. If approved, unless otherwise specified, all terms of sale are Net 30 Days upon receipt of invoice. A two (2) percent charge per month (24 percent per annum) will be made for past due accounts.

Service Charge / Minimum Order

Grossman Cap charges a shipping and handling flat fee of $10.00 per order for delivery within the continental United States. This charge is waived for minimum order of $100.00 or more per shipping destination.

Shipping Information

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped F.O.B. warehouse (Avon, MA 02322). Unless otherwise requested and agreed upon, all shipments will be made through UPS. UPS will not deliver merchandise to post office boxes. If your mailing/billing address is a post office box, please call our customer service department to make arrangements.

Grossman Cap will make every effort to ship all orders within 3 business days of receipt. Delivery typically takes between 7-10 business days. For overnight or second day delivery, Grossman Cap must receive orders by 11:00am EST Monday through Friday otherwise such orders will be shipped the following business day. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. The cost for second day delivery is $20.00. The cost for overnight delivery is $30.00.

If an item is out of stock, we will charge only for items shipped. We will not back order any item not in stock but we will attempt to contact you to replace any missing items. We will also place a reorder slip along with your charge slip explaining the process for re-ordering any out of stock item.

Return Policy

All sales from the Grossman Cap website are final. Merchandise CANNOT BE RETURNED without prior authorization from Grossman Cap. If you need to return or exchange an item, please call Grossman Cap between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST for a return authorization.

We allow exchanges on most items (except for custom embroidery or specialty orders). All items must returned in new condition, in their original containers and with their original ticketing. Grossman Cap cannot accept returns or exchanges of soiled, crushed or otherwise damaged merchandise. Grossman Cap cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or laundered. Grossman Cap also cannot accept exchanges or returns on any items that have been marked down in price.

All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be shipped with transportation charges prepaid. Returns sent transportation collect will NOT be accepted.

All returns are subject to a restocking charge. Grossman Cap charges a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns or exchanges within the continental United States. Please include a money order with your return or exchange. Personal checks for this fee cannot be accepted. Otherwise, if your order was placed on-line, we can charge the $5.00 restocking fee to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange. If you ordered on-line please include your order number and e-mail address.
